NBC Sports Group - Design Manager

Manage the production of motion graphics jobs assigned to the department for all properties including Sunday Night Football, NASCAR, Horse Racing, French Open, Premier League and the Olympics. Ensure smooth workflow, quality check and aid motion graphic designers in delivering the highest-quality graphics. Work with designers in the creation of concept pitch decks, brainstorms and wrapping of projects including on-air, print, digital, and social designs. Partner with outside creative studios.

Godiva Chocolatier, Inc. - Print Production Coordinator

Managed the overall creative development and productions of the wholesale sell book featuring all North American product lines including Core, Innovation and Seasonal packaging projects. Established timelines, negotiated budget associated with photo shoots and other vendors. Attended press checks, direct proofs, color approvals and coordinated marketing meetings associated with projects. Developed high quality 3D model and retouched photos a for sell book & channel publications.

A+E Networks - Production Scheduler

Oversaw numerous special projects and serve as a liaison between Avid Assists, Editors, Designers and Producers across all networks including History Channel, Vice, A&E, Lifetime, and FYI. Implemented new workflows and project distribution for motion graphics, credits and unsupervised evening edit sessions. This included project tools, training & developed guidelines. Created and maintained network post plans, build/track operations list actualizing pertinent production information.

Lehman College - Communications Coordinator

Designed fliers and created marketing initiatives to promote events to the college community. Coordinated in the recruitment of employers to attend various career expos and special programs on campus. Managed timelines, budgets, developed project plans and managed resources and client contact. Worked closely with Manager of Programs and Membership Outreach to devise and implement recruitment strategies, helping advertise program by distributing flyers and making on-campus presentations.

NBC Sports Group - ERG Hub Leader

Recipient of Going the Extra Mile (GEM) Front Runner Award for Embodies the Culture. As a self-managed employee, being a Hub Leader is my best way of giving back to the company. My achievements include presenting Hispanic Heritage Month ideas to the DE&I council, full ownership for HHM newsletter, create a SharePoint Calendar for our monthly calls with our chapter leads across the company. Budget, design, and promote events such as guest speakers, community initiatives and financial literacy.
